With over two decades of leadership across software, AI, and mobility innovation, Prashant brings a multidisciplinary approach to solving the industry’s most complex challenges. Before SDVerse, he served as Chief Strategy Officer at App Orchid, driving enterprise AI strategy, fundraising, and strategic partnerships. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Strategy and Chief of Staff at Faraday Future, where he co-led the company’s landmark ~$3.5 billion IPO on NASDAQ and pioneered in-car generative AI applications, setting new benchmarks for intelligent mobility.
A sought-after speaker at global conferences and frequent contributor to leading publications, he’s recognized as Business Insider’s Top EV Industry Power Player and LinkedIn’s Top AI Voice. He holds a degree in Computer Science and an MBA, and has a proven track record of scaling ventures across international markets and delivering breakthrough innovations at the intersection of technology and transportation.

Jeff Walker
Jeff brings over 30 years experience at Bosch and ZF working with a wide variety of major OEMs, and TierX customers. Jeff has held engineering leadership roles on braking and passive safety products, as well as increasing responsibilities in sales and marketing in four different product areas.

Praveen Yalavarty
Praveen has over 26 years of experience at Ford Motor Company and Computer Sciences Corporation (currently known as DXC Technology) in driving innovation across automotive connectivity and software-defined vehicle platforms. His background spans Product Development, Product Management, and Distributed Systems Architecture.
At SDVerse, Praveen leads the Product vision, and technology roadmap leveraging his deep expertise in Embedded Systems, IoT, Connectivity, Data, and Cloud technologies. He is known for building high-performing, self-organizing engineering teams; and is passionate about delivering scalable digital products and next-generation software solutions.
Vice President of Operations
Nigel Beckmeier
Nigel brings a diverse background in management consulting, operations, and business development to his role at SDVerse. He began his career in aerospace and defense, then joined McKinsey & Company after completing his MBA, and has since held leadership roles at several high-growth startups in the electric vehicle and mobility space.
At SDVerse, Nigel oversees Finance, HR, IT, and Legal, helping the business scale effectively while supporting internal execution and external member success.
